Princess claims to be ahead of the technology game with Medallion Net so I would expect the one and only tool Princess directs is to use is full of faults. We have a back to back on different ships and again, I can only see excursions or make dining plans on the first of the 2 cruises. Old app had numerous problems but there were ways to navigate through app to get things done albeit app was very slow to load. This app is way slower and useless in many of the needed functions.

I can log into the app with the same user name I use on the website but I have two different passwords. And if I try to change the password on the website, to match the app, it loses all my account info and thinks I am a new user. Not alone tried but it keeps safer that name is taken, yes by me 🙁.

It certainly seems they have the worst IT staff/team of any major company I know of. I have been registered at Princess since the dawn of time, but suddenly it won't let me log in. It tells me there is information missing from my account, so I fill in the information.
